PPF cutting service on your film

Cut-only is plotter time. You bring a roll of paint protection film, we nest the pattern for your VIN across the roll width, cut it on a 64" Graphtec plotter, weed it, label every panel and hand it back with your remainder. You keep your film brand, your warranty program and your margin on the film.

Per vehicle. Same-day for rolls dropped off before 10am; $40 rush for afternoon drop-offs when the plotter is free. Custom patterns and mixed panels quoted from nesting footage.

Film requirements

Any width up to 64", undamaged.

Any brand of TPU PPF. The plotter takes up to 64"; 60" nests best and narrower widths just use more footage. Rolls should be boxed or bagged; liner damage at the edge wastes the first foot.

Timing

In by 10am, out by 4pm.

Drop the roll at Ettie St with the VIN and the coverage. We text the footage and the price, cut on your yes, and text a photo of the packed kit when it is ready.

Your film, our plotter

Which film brands can you cut?
Any TPU paint protection film up to 64" wide — XPEL, SunTek, 3M, Llumar, KAVACA, house brands, whatever your program is. The plotter does not care whose name is on the box. Narrower rolls (36", 48") are fine too; nesting is less efficient so footage goes up.
How much of my roll will a kit use?
Sedan estimates on 60" film after nesting: partial front about 10 ft, full front about 17 ft, full front + rockers + A-pillars about 21 ft, track pack about 26 ft, full body about 62 ft. SUV / truck about 30% more. We tell you the exact footage before we cut.
Do I need to leave the whole roll?
Drop off the roll; we cut what the kit needs and hand the remainder back with the kit. If you would rather leave a roll with us for repeat orders, we will store it labeled with your shop name and log every foot used.
What if my film has a defect?
We inspect the length we pull before cutting and stop if we see gel spots, scratches or liner damage. We are not responsible for defects in customer-supplied film, but we will not knowingly cut through one either.
Can you cut a pattern I bring on a USB stick?
If it is a clean vector (DXF, PLT, AI, SVG) sized to the vehicle, yes, at the cut-only rate. We do not redraw or fix patterns; that is a design job.
