Ordering
What do you need to cut a kit?
The 17-digit VIN, the coverage (kit name or a list of panels), cut + film or cut only, pickup or delivery, and the day you need it. A photo of the front helps if the car has aftermarket parts.
How fast is turnaround?
Orders confirmed and paid by 10am are ready the same business day, usually by 4pm. Later orders are ready the next business morning. Same-day on an afternoon order is the $40 rush when the plotter is free.
Do you sell to the public?
No. PPF Supply Co. is a trade service for installers, shops, detailers, body shops and dealers. If you are a car owner, find an installer and send them here.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum. Delivery is free over $600; below that it is $25 within 15 miles, or pick up free.
Can I order by text instead of the form?
Standing accounts get a direct text line once the first kit is done. Everyone starts with the order form so the VIN is captured exactly.
Film
Which film is in a cut + film kit?
premium self-healing PPF: 8-mil aliphatic TPU, hydrophobic ceramic-infused top coat, self-healing. Matte, color-shift and pattern films are available to order and quoted per job.
Can you cut my film?
Yes, that is the cut-only service. Any TPU PPF up to 64" wide; 60" nests best, narrower rolls just use more footage. Drop it off before 10am for same-day.
Do you cut window tint?
Not as a service. This plotter is set up for TPU paint protection film.
Do you cut vinyl wrap?
Not at launch. If you have a clean vector pattern, ask; it is the same plotter.
Fitment and quality
How do you get the pattern?
From a licensed vehicle pattern library, looked up by VIN so trim-level differences (bumpers, hoods, vents, sensors) are respected. If the vehicle is not in the library we tell you before quoting.
What does the recut policy cover?
Pattern errors only. A panel that is wrong because the library pattern is wrong for that VIN is recut free. A wrong VIN or trim supplied is recut at the cut-only price. Install outcomes and defects in customer-supplied film are not covered.
Is there a warranty on the kit or the film?
Kits are sold as cut film, without a warranty. If you want the film manufacturer's warranty on the vehicle, we register it for you as a paid warranty-admin add-on, quoted with the kit.
Are the edges wrapped?
Where the pattern library provides a wrapped-edge version for that VIN, yes, and we will tell you which panels. Otherwise edges are cut to the pattern's trim line.
How are kits packaged?
Each panel weeded, on its liner, labeled with panel name and order number, rolled in kraft paper and tagged. Photo texted at handoff.
Payment and terms
When do I pay?
On the quote. Card, ACH, or invoice for standing accounts. Cutting starts when payment clears.
Can I return a kit?
No. Cut film cannot be resold. Unpaid kits are held 7 days, then the film is reused.
Do you offer volume pricing?
Ten or more kits a month gets a standing rate, invoice terms and a delivery window. Email your expected mix.

Orders in by 10am are cut the same day. Pickup in West Oakland or delivery within 15 miles.
