Ordering a precut PPF kit is a five-step loop: send the VIN, approve the quote, we cut, you collect, you install. Orders confirmed by 10am are ready the same business day.

Send the VIN and the coverage
Order form, email or text. We need the 17-digit VIN (trim matters: a Model Y Performance bumper is not a Long Range bumper), the kit or list of panels, cut + film or cut only, pickup or delivery, and the day you need it.

We confirm the pattern, footage and price
The VIN is looked up in the pattern library and nested for 60" film. You get the exact footage and the price back, usually within the hour on a business day. Nothing is cut until you approve and pay.

Cut, weed, label
A 64" Graphtec plotter cuts the nest. Every piece is weeded, labeled with the panel name and your order number, and rolled in kraft paper with the liner intact. Full front takes about an hour of machine and bench time.

Pickup or delivery
Pick up at 3425 Ettie St in West Oakland, Mon–Fri 9–5, or we deliver within 15 miles for $25 (free over $600). A photo of the packed kit is texted at handoff so you know what left the bench.

You lay it
Slip solution, squeegee, heat, tuck. No blade on the paint. If a panel is short because of a pattern error, text us a photo and we recut it free.
Cut to the VIN, not to a body style.
Patterns come from a licensed vehicle database that is updated as new model years and trims ship. The VIN resolves year, make, model and trim, which is what decides whether the bumper has sensors, the hood has a scoop, or the fender has a vent. When a vehicle is not in the library yet, we say so and quote a hand-nested job instead of guessing.

A 60" roll nests edge to edge, which is why a full front uses about 17 feet instead of the 22 a hand layout burns. The blade is set for TPU so the film is cut clean and the liner stays whole: your panels arrive on their backing, not loose.
What we promise and what we do not.
Patterns are cut from the library for the VIN supplied. There is no warranty on a kit; the recut policy covers the pattern, not the install: a pattern error is recut free; a wrong VIN or trim is recut at the cut-only price. No returns on cut film. Unpaid kits are held seven days. Cut-only film must be undamaged and up to 64" wide, and we are not responsible for defects in customer film. Manufacturer warranty registration is a paid warranty-admin add-on. We do not install, and we do not sell to the public.
