Kit terms
Short on purpose. These apply to every order placed with PPF Supply Co. ("we", "us") by a trade customer ("you"). Effective 2026-09-22.
1. Trade only
We sell to businesses: installers, shops, detailers, body shops, dealers and fleets. We do not install film and we do not sell to the public.
2. Patterns, recut policy, no warranty
Kits are sold as cut film and carry no warranty, express or implied, beyond the recut policy in this section. Kits are cut from a licensed vehicle pattern library for the VIN and trim you supply. If a panel is short, mis-shaped or missing a cutout because the library pattern is wrong for that VIN, we recut the panel at no charge. If a panel is wrong because the VIN, trim or vehicle details supplied were wrong, or because of aftermarket parts we were not told about, we recut at the current cut-only price.
3. Film
"Cut + film" kits are cut on our premium self-healing 8-mil TPU paint protection film unless another film is agreed in writing. Film specifications are the film maker's. No manufacturer warranty attaches to a kit unless you purchase warranty administration (section 3a). Color, matte and pattern films are quoted per job and may carry a lead time.
3a. Warranty administration (optional, paid)
If you want the film manufacturer's warranty registered to the vehicle, we offer warranty administration as a paid add-on, quoted with the kit. It covers registration under the applicable manufacturer program in your shop's name and the paperwork that goes with a claim. Manufacturer program eligibility and terms are the manufacturer's; we do not guarantee acceptance.
4. Cut-only (customer film)
Film you supply must be TPU paint protection film up to 64" wide (60" nests best; narrower uses more footage), undamaged, and dropped off before 10am for same-day service. We inspect the length we pull before cutting and stop if we see a defect. We are not responsible for defects, contamination or liner damage in customer-supplied film, nor for footage consumed by a defective section. The remainder of your roll is returned with the kit.
5. Quotes, payment, cutting
We confirm footage and price before cutting. Payment is due on the quote; cutting starts when payment clears. Standing accounts may be invoiced by agreement. Prices are per vehicle, before tax, and may change without notice for orders not yet quoted.
6. Turnaround
Orders confirmed and paid by 10am Pacific on a business day are ready the same day; later orders the next business day. Same-day rush on later orders is $40 and subject to plotter availability. Turnaround is a target, not a guarantee.
7. Pickup and delivery
Pickup is at 3425 Ettie St, Oakland, Mon–Fri 9–5. Delivery within 15 miles is $25, free on orders over $600. A photo of the packed kit is sent at handoff; please check the contents against it within 24 hours.
8. Returns and holds
Cut film cannot be resold; there are no returns or refunds on cut kits except under section 2. Kits not paid for within 7 days of quote acceptance are released and the film reused.
9. Liability
Our liability on any order is limited to recutting the affected panels or refunding the price paid for them. We are not liable for installation labor, vehicle downtime, or consequential loss.
10. Trademarks
Film brand names that appear on this site are trademarks of their owners and are used only to identify film you may bring for cut-only service. PPF Supply Co. is an independent cutting service and is not affiliated with any film manufacturer.
